Not that my wife was ever overweight to the extent that she would be critisized for it but there were plenty of comments how great she was looking even with people that diid not personally know she was on a plan.
consultations and meetings, phone contact and a plan to help work on a sensible plan is all what my wife had worked through and still is eating healthy today, a carrot here and apple there and raw broccoli in between.
